Where are you based?
We are an Irish company based in Unit 1, Clondalkin Business Park, Dublin 22, D22 F3F8, Ireland.

Where are your products sent from?

All our parcels are sent from our warehouse in Dublin 22.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

It says Free Delivery, why did I get charged?

If you qualify for Free Delivery, at checkout you will have two options;

a) Free Delivery option (standard postage, can take up to two weeks).

b) Paid delivery option (via courier, delivery made within a couple of days).

If you pick the (b) paid delivery, you will be charged and you will receive the parcel a lot quicker. As long as we haven’t sent the parcel, we can refund the delivery charge and send the parcel by standard post. Once the parcel is sent, we can’t refund the delivery charge.

Why did I get an email asking me for an additional delivery cost?

Free delivery does not apply to oversized parcels and remote areas. If you picked free delivery and your parcel is big/heavy or you live in a remote area, we will contact you with the delivery cost.

As an example, we can send a parcel to a city in Portugal for €24. To send the same parcel to a remote village in Portugal, it can cost as much as €120.

Free delivery does not apply to Wholesale customers. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the size of the order.

Do I have to pay custom charges/duties?

If your delivery address is in Ireland or the EU, there are no additional costs. The price you pay on the website/on your quote is the total amount that you pay and there are no hidden fees.

If your delivery address is in the UK or anywhere outside of Europe, you will be charged customs/vat in your country.

Why is my discount code not working?

a) Is your item(s) on sale? Discount codes do not apply to sale items.

b) Discount codes do not work on some international destinations when picking the Free Delivery option. Due to the high delivery cost, discount codes will not work. You can pay for delivery and use the discount code OR get Free Delivery but no discount code.

c) Certain brands/products can’t be discounted like Winning Boxing, custom gear, rings, cages, etc.

d) Discount codes do no apply to trade/wholesale orders. Orders will be canceled if these are added at checkout. Multiple attempts to further discount the basket will end in the trade account being disabled.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes between 3-14 working days depending on your delivery address. Please check out our Delivery Information page for more details.

The parcel arrived damaged, what do I do?

You need to let the driver know and he will make a note of this. You would then need to send us and email with a photo and all the details. This has to be done at the time of delivery. We can’t investigate/replace/refund the parcel if you are contacting us the next day/week after the delivery.

But I wasn’t in the country at the time of delivery.

Unfortunately it is your responsibly to either contact us and delay the delivery or have someone else take the parcel in. We can deliver the parcel to a neighbour/relative if needed. The courier or Fight Store is not responsible if the parcel is damaged or stolen.

I completely forgot to let my neighbours/family know about the delivery.

Once the delivery is made, the courier would send a ‘Delivered’ email along with details where the parcel was left. It is the customers responsibility to contact someone to go to the address and collect the parcel.

Can I pay with one4all vouchers?

No, unfortunately we do not accept these.

How can I cancel my order?

Please call us on 01 4055024 if you would like to cancel your order. So long as we have not already dispatched your order, we can issue you a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched we will deduct the delivery and collection charge.

How long do Back Orders take to be delivered?

This depends on the product. It can be anywhere from a few days to a couple of months. Due to the high demand on certain products and the limited/slow supply, some products can take a long time to arrive in Ireland. Feel free to contact us if you would like more details.

Can I cancel a Back Order?

YES! These can be canceled any time. Please note that CUSTOM made to order items are none refundable.

Why are some products out of stock regularly?

Unlike other stores, we sell to the general public and we also wholesale to other stores/clubs. When stock lands, some of these clubs/stores would order hundreds of items in one order. In some circumstances the stock sells out while it is still in transit meaning the day it lands it would go straight out to our customers.

What do I do if I received a faulty item?

We’re sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send us the following info:
• Your Order Number
• Item Name
• Photos/videos that show the fault as clearly as possible

I returned a damaged item, why can’t I get a replacement from a different brand?

If for example a pair of Adidas shoes is returned to us as faulty, we would have to send back the same pair of shoes from the same brand in the same colour/size/etc. We can’t send a pair of Nike shoes because ‘I didn’t like the fit of the Adidas’.

If an item is received and you do not like the colour/size/fit/etc, the item should be returned when received, in the original packaging, unused. We can then exchange it for something else.

If the item is used for weeks/months and then returned damaged, we will not be able to swap it for a different brand/range.

What is your return policy

Items can be returned within a 30-day period after delivery. We can organize collect and deduct this charge from your refund or you can return the item yourself. Items must be in the original packaging unused. For more information please check out our Terms & Conditions.

Why didn’t I receive a full refund after sending my product back?

Delivery charge is none refundable. If you placed an order and opted for Free Delivery and then returned the product(s), the delivery cost we incurred to originally send the parcel to you will be deducted before processing the refund.

Do you do discounts on large orders?

Yes, we do discounts on large orders. You can contact us for a quote. We also provide trade prices to clubs/stores. Please contact us for more details.

Do you sponsor fighters/clubs?

Yes. If you are reading this and wish to be a sponsored fighter then think carefully about what you really have to offer. Do you use the brand you want to be sponsored by right now? Have you ever used those products? If the answer is no or I’m not sure then you best plan more carefully as there is an awful lot of competition out there for these spots.
