The adidas punching bag Pro Safety is a leather-looking punching bag, very robust and durable. This punching bag is distinguished by the filling. This is made of a 10 cm thick foam layer that protects your hands and feet and perfectly absorbs the knocks and kicks. This makes the punching bag very safe.
The granulate grains in the middle core ensure the correct weight and balance of the punching bag. The reinforced straps with rings on the side for suspension are 4 layers thick. All seams of the punching bag are stitched several times to prevent tearing.

What size punching bag do I need?
If you want to use the punching bag as an adult for both kicks and punches, you need the punching bag of 150 cm. This punching bag then hangs at the correct height for both the low kick and the high kick. It also hangs at the correct height for the impacts. Moreover, this punching bag is nice and heavy and will not swing in all directions when training.
If you want to use the punching bag as an adult to train only the punching, 120 cm is suitable. This punching bag is still so heavy that the punching bag does not swing in all directions.
