The hanging bracket / wall support is suitable for all punching bags of all brands. The maximum loadable weight of the wall support is 100kg.

The hanging bracket has a length of 70 cm. The suspension point for the punching bag is thus 70 cm from the wall. This is more than enough to perform all common punching bag exercises. The width of the hanging system is 48 cm.

At what height should I attach the bracket to the wall?

This depends on your own height and the length of the punching bag. You can calculate this as follows:

• The top of the punching bag should hang 10 cm above your own height.
• Then comes the fastening chain of 30 cm and then comes the wall support.
• So own height + 10 cm + 30 cm.
• This is the ideal height, you can always vary in this.
