FUJI Sports (together with Hatashita Sports) was founded in 1969 by Frank Hatashita, 8th Dan. Hatashita Sensei was Vice-President of the IJF (International Judo Federation), and President of the Pan American Judo Federation, among other positions including an IJF referee, and owner of many dojo and affiliates. He was instrumental in lobbying to get Judo into the Olympics. His sense of knowing what was most important in martial arts was second to none; and, anyone that knew him would attest to that.

Lovely material, feels very durable but not too heavy, and the fit is great. The pants are a bit baggy around the waist but a good length and good arm length on the jacket too - even if it shrinks a bit it'll still fit well. Not the cheapest but it's a good investment, I would definitely recommend it
