The suspension bracket has a length of 55 cm. The suspension point for the punching bag is thus 55 cm away from the wall. This is sufficient to perform all common punching bag exercises. The width of the suspension point is 40 cm.

At what height should I attach the punching bag support to the wall?

This depends on your own height and the length of the punching bag. You can calculate this as follows:

– The top of the boxing bag should be 10 cm above your own height.

– Then comes the 30 cm fastening chain and then the wall support.

So own length + 10 cm + 30 cm. This is the ideal height, You can always vary this if desired.
