Olympic lifting is a highly technical discipline that requires skill, power, strength and speed. To do it right takes the right equipment.

RAZE solid rubber plates are made with a precision, attention to detail and quality of material you will struggle to find anywhere else.

Through meticulous research, development, testing and refinement, we have determined that each weight of plate needs to have its own special blend of rubber compound to ensure it has the correct structural integrity and strength to withstand the rigours of being repeatedly dropped. To safeguard the recipe and guarantee the quality the secret rubber compounds are mixed ‘on-site’ at our factory. Before production begins each compound is tested to make sure it meets the exact requirements and specifications.

Every single plate is weighed at two separate points during the production process. This ensures it is within specified limits. At the end of the production cycle a selection of plates are drop tested up to thirty thousand times, just for good measure!

RAZE Shadow Series Solid Rubber Plates Feature:

• Virtually indestructible! Created from virgin rubber and drop tested to 30,000 cycles, these premium plates are manufactured to the highest standard offering supreme levels of strength and durability
• Ideal for heavy use lifting areas, weightlifting clubs and CrossFit boxes
• Each weight is a different colour for easy weight identification, in-line with the IWF colour specifications
• During the production process the weight of each plate is calibrated to within a tolerance of +/- 0.5%
• Designed and produced to the IWF standard diameter of 450mm, with a 50.4mm centre hole that is reinforced with a machined stainless steel sleeve for increased structural integrity and to make it easier to load the plates on and off bar
• The bumper plates provide excellent protection for flooring, reduced noise and bounce if dropped

• 5KG – 27mm
• 10KG – 47mm
• 15KG – 65mm
• 20KG – 82mm
• 25KG – 88mm

This is a Limited Commercial Warranty: Framework (structural steel and welds) warranted for life against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. We further warrant components, ie. Pulleys, cams, bearings, cables and all other transmission components for 2 years. Warranty does not cover upholstery, protective coverings or paintwork. All warranty parts shipped free of charge. Warranty extended to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Warranty is voided by evidence of intentional negligent misuse of the equipment in shipping, storage or use. The warranty is also voided if equipment has been modified, altered, or contains parts that are not supplied or recommended by the manufacturer.
