Easy to install on almost every heavy bag, you can combine 2, 3 or 4 at the same time on the same bag.

The Rival B&W helps imitate the arms or a punch thrown at you from an opponent. Excellent for practicing your defensive and counter-punching skills by forcing you to “move your head” to get under the stick.

This heavy bag accessory will also improve your “get on the inside” game by using the stick length to work near your target and improve your “in-fighting” skills.
