This grappling dummy is suitable for various types of training. Whether you want to practice takedowns, slams, clamp or ground & pound; anything is possible with this dummy. The dummy is made of artificial leather and is filled with dust shavings. This makes the doll bounce very slightly when you hit it.

The seams are stitched multiple times for extra strength. The arms are bendable so you can even practice arm and wrist clamping.

This dummy is suitable for all ground fighters, including MMA, Vale Tudo, Judo, (Brazilian) Jiu Jitsu or Wrestling.
