Tatami Original V2 BJJ Gi – Black
The Tatami Original V2 BJJ Gi Black, a Black Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gi is a perfect Gi for beginners to BJJ. This is a plain and simple styled Gi. Do not confuse these with Judo Gi, they are quite different and if you want to train in both get a specific Gi for each style. This Tatami Original V2 BJJ Gi Black is heavily reinforced in all the places you need strength for BJJ training. The top is a single piece high tech weave and is 425gsm. With 6 rows on stitching on the bottom of the gi top and ends of the arms.
The collar is has been rubberized to help prevent sweat and bacteria absorption and this lapel is super thick to cope will all the tugging and pulling it will receive in BJJ. The split on each side has an extra layer of material sewn in to make it super durable and there is additional material sewn into the chest and upper back too. All the stress points on the top have been triple stitched for extra strength. New Tatami Fightwear patches have also been sewn into the shoulders.
The gi bottoms weigh in at a lightweight 10oz and are also made from 100% cotton. They come with double reinforced knee padding and all the stress points are, again, triple stitched. The ties are a rope drawstring which means you can tighten them faster and have more comfort when training.A super durable entry level BJJ Gi for all those starting out in BJJ and training just a few times a week.
