The TriggerPoint NANO X roller is an innovative foam roller specifically designed to increase flexibility in the foot and relieve minor muscular aches and pains associated with the foot. The Nano X is the extra-firm version of TriggerPoint’s Nano Foot Roller. It was designed for a more intense deep tissue massage.

Just over six inches long and weighing less than eight ounces, the TriggerPoint Nano X is a portable massaging tool ideal for relieving nagging foot pain, as well as forearm stiffness. The Nano’s unique 3-D design and grooved channels are designed to recreate the therapeutic effects of a professional deep tissue massage, giving athletes a pocket-sized, go-anywhere method for myofascial release.

The TriggerPoint NANO X roller´s lightweight and portable size make it convenient for the gym, office or on the road. It´s dense foam surface helps channel blood directly to the tissue for health and mobility. The NANO X roller was designed specifically to replicate the feeling of a massage therapist’s finger tips.

You can use the NANO X Foot Roller before a workout or a run to stimulate blood flow, or afterwards to help muscles recover faster, reducing the onset of knots and discomfort.
