The boxing torso is designed like a real body and adjustable in three heights, so you can train more specifically on vital areas of the body. The base can be filled with sand, water or gravel, up to 100 kg!

The boxing dummy is made of a strong PU with Urethane foam on the inside. As a result, both kicks and punches are perfectly absorbed. The connecting piece between the top and bottom springs slightly, so that the sound reduction is optimal.
